Delivery in the Netherlands 🇳🇱

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT 18€ 

 ⁃ Post NL delivery in the Netherlands (delivery within 1-3 working days. Delivery only to your home. Shipping Monday-Saturday). The cost of delivery 5€. Payment for the order is made by transfer to the card. 

 ⁃ Delivery by DHL post in the Netherlands (delivery within 1-3 working days. Delivery at home, or at the branch. Shipment Tuesday-Friday). The cost of delivery is 5€. Payment for the order is made by transfer to the card. 

Delivery in Europe 🇧🇪🇫🇷🇩🇪 

 ⁃ European delivery by DHL 🇧🇪🇫🇷🇩🇪 (delivery within 2-5 working days, Tuesday-Friday).
 Delivery cost may vary depending on the country. You can check with the delivery manager @Puffdam_post (Telegram). 

*Orders will be shipped the same day if the order was paid for before 14:30 on weekdays, and before 12:30 on Saturdays. 

To pay by card, write to the administrator @Puffdam_post in Telegram the number of your order. 

In case of defects 

We exchange products only in case of factory defect, this is when the device does not work after opening the package. 

❗️Replacement of defects are made only within a day after receiving the order. 
It is necessary to record a video of unpacking and the smoking process itself, if the video will be recorded a defect, we will gladly replace it with a working device.

Important information:

 1. We have the right to deny you a replacement if you have not recorded a video unpacking report.
 2. It has been more than 24 hours since you received your order. 
 3. When you bought the device worked, but after some time, for some reason it stopped working (because the product is disposable). 
This is due to the increasing number of fraud cases, in which old devices were returned under the guise of new ones.
